The farm, which lies in the town of El Tablon, in Nariño, Colombia produces what it calls a ‘floral’ honey process that delivers an exceptional and unique cup profile. The fermentation of the cherry mucilage imparts a punchy fruit flavour, typical of this process, but also a clean and refined finish that lends it perfectly to espresso brewing, and pairing with milks.
